Weekly. We send a progress report every week, with milestone updates as they land, so you always know where the build is and what is next.
Milestone-based. Roughly a third to start, a third through the build, and a third on delivery, so you are never paying for work you have not seen.
No. Every cost is on the table in the proposal before you sign. If something new comes up mid-build, we agree it with you before any of it is billed.
Our senior engineers. There is no junior bench doing the work in the background. The people you talk to are the people who architect, build, and ship your product.
You get 30 days of complimentary support after launch, covered in the build. Beyond that we offer ongoing maintenance plans, and we stay on to extend the product as it grows.
We are available 9am to 9pm Eastern Time, Monday to Saturday, with emergency cover for anything critical.
Yes. We build for clients across multiple industries in Canada, the US, and further afield. The work is remote-friendly, and we have shipped for companies selling well beyond their home market.
